A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements,
passive and supported poses. This class invites our guests to slow down and create space
for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments and tendons, using as many props
needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Emphasis on complete
muscular relaxation and comfort to achieve a quiet state of mind and body.

All levels are welcome.
